Refund Policy

At TedragHome Health Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to providing the best home health care service to the patients. By understanding the requirement of you that there may be circumstances where a refund is requested, we have established the following policy to address these requests.

Apply Cancellation - Before service use

Within 10 days customers can initiate the cancellation request.

Once cancellation is approved within 7 working days, refund will be processed.

In 7 working days the amount will be reflected in the customer's bank account.

Apply Refund - After service use

Within 7 working days customers can initiate the refund.

Once the refund is approved, till 5 working days balance amount refund will be processed.

In 5 working days the balance amount will be reflected in the customer's bank account.
